In this lecture, Tristan will present an overview of the Exos methodology and its application. Using performance code as a structure to the conversation, he’ll specifically outline the role that coaches play in our members’ success and give a brief overview to the structure of the Exos coaching methodology, which we will explore in further detail throughout this course.
