Course Registration and Payment
How do I register for an online course?
When you complete an online purchase of a course, you are automatically registered. Simply go to the "My Courses" tab in your Inspire360 profile, where you'll find your purchased courses.
How do I apply a discount code?
If you have a discount code, you’ll be able to input the code at checkout. This will apply the discount to the total price before you’re required to purchase.
What if a discount code isn’t working?
Discount codes may have restrictions, such as dates they are active and/or what products are excluded. Please check the details of the code you are trying to use and if you have questions, please email education@teamexos.com.
Do you offer payment plans for online courses?
Yes, payment plan options are available at checkout and are managed by a third-party provider. Approval and payment terms are determined solely by the third party. Exos has no influence over the options offered.
What is Exos’ refund policy?
All purchases are considered final. If you accidentally purchased the wrong course or certification, we’ll work with you to get you re-enrolled in the correct course(s), please email education@teamexos.com.
How much do Exos online courses and certifications cost?
Exos offers online certifcations, courses, bundles and webinars, as well as partner certifications and courses. Exos online education starts at $25 for our webinars.
Access and Account Management
How do I access my course(s) and account information?
Simply go to the "My Courses" tab in your Inspire360 profile, where you'll find your purchased courses. If you would like access to your account information and purchase history, click on “My Account”, located under the gray profile icon in the upper right corner.
How do I recover my username and password?
If you forget your username or password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the Sign In page. You'll be guided through the process to reset your username and/or password.
Technical Requirements and Support
What devices are supported by the Exos online education platform?
All Exos online certifications, courses and webinars can be viewed on computers, tablets, and smartphones. All courses are compatible with iOS and Android devices and all Windows- and Mac-based operating systems. To ensure the highest quality experience, make sure you’re running the most recent version of your browser and video players. All videos are housed on online servers. To view videos, you need an active internet connection. The speed of playback is highly dependent on the speed of your internet.
Course Content and Structure
Are there any prerequisites to any of the certifications or courses?
No. There are currently no prerequisites to any of our Exos online certifications or courses. However, there may be courses in the future that require prerequisites, and, in this case, the specific course(s) would explicitly state that this is a requirement.
Do you offer translated courses?
Exos provides subtitles in various languages for several of our online education courses. Details can be found by clicking into the course you're interested in purchasing.
How long do I have access to the course, and is there a deadline for completing it and the exam?
Once you purchase a course, you have lifetime access to it, and there is no deadline for completing the course or exam. The only timed elements are the exams and quizzes, which are timed from the moment you begin them. Details about how long you have to take the exam/quiz and the number of attempts can be found in the course descriptions. Please note that Exos reserves the right to change this policy in the future.
Certification and Continuing Education
Will I receive continuing education units/credits (CEUs/CECs) for completing a course?
Select online certifications and courses from Exos are approved for continuing education units/credits. Courses may vary in the amount of CEUs/CECs and from what organizations based on content and course length. If you’re taking the course specifically for CEUs/CECs, please check to make sure your desired organization is listed for that course.
Will I receive a certificate of completion?
Yes. Once an exam or quiz has been passed, a customized certificate of completion will be made available for direct download. The certificate contains all information and proof relative to CEUs/CECs achieved.
Where can I access my certification badge?
Badges are awarded for the successful exam completion for XPS, XFS, and XPS+ certifications. After you pass the exam you will be prompted to download the badge in the next module. If you have already completed the certification, you can access your badge by logging in to your Exos Education Online account, in My Courses you can re-open your completed course(s) where you’ll find a module titled: Certification Badge.
Do I need to recertify after a period of time?
No, we do not require recertification once you have successfully passed a course.
Exams and Quizzes
Do I have to take an exam or quiz to receive the CEUs/CECs for my course?
Yes. Once you’ve passed, you’ll be able to download your certificate of completion with CEUs/CECs and provider numbers.
What’s a passing score for the exams and quizzes?
All exams and quizzes must be passed with an 80% or better.
What happens if I don’t pass a course or certification exam within the allotted attempts?
If you don’t achieve a passing score within the designated attempts for a course or certification exam, you will fail the course and will not be eligible to receive the certificate of completion or CEUs/CECs. However, this does not affect your access to the video material within your courses. To retake an exam for any of our certifications (XPS, XPS+, XFS), you can purchase additional attempts separately. To retake an exam or quiz from a course, you must repurchase the course.
Can I purchase the exams without taking the course?
No, you can not purchase individual exams without having purchased the certification or course.
What if I have a technical issue during the exam or quiz which results in a failed attempt?
Please email education@teamexos.com if you have a failed attempt for any reason.
