How do I register for an in-person mentorship?
All upcoming Exos mentorships can be purchased here.
How will I access information about the in-person mentorship once I'm registered?
Log in to your inspire360 account and navigate to the 'My Courses' tab, where you'll find all of your purchases, including your in-person mentorship. This will provide access to event details, preparation materials, course content, and post-event resources. All the information you need will be available in one convenient location.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plan options are available at checkout and managed by an independent, third-party provider. Approval and payment terms are determined solely by the third-party and Exos has no influence over options provided. Please note: all payments must be completed before certificate of completion, continuing education credits, badge, and access to additional resources can be unlocked post-event.
Mentorship Details
How long is a mentorship, and what do the days look like?
Each mentorship is a 4-day experience. Prior to your course, you will receive an itinerary, but generally each day begins around 8:30 am and ends around 5:00 pm.
Who can take in-person mentorships?
From coaches and personal trainers to sports scientists and physical therapists, our mentorships are for practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of performance training.
Courses and Prerequisites
What is the difference between Phase 1 and XPS?
The Exos Performance Specialist (XPS) Certification is an online course which focuses on training strategies for athletes, the four pillars of human performance, and the EXOS methodology. Essentially, the online course will contain the same material that is covered in the in-person mentorship but in an online format that you can work through at your own pace. In Phase 1, you have the opportunity to participate in several hands-on, practical sessions to help further understand and apply the theoretical knowledge.
Are there any prerequisites to attend Phase 1?
Currently, there are no prerequisites to attend Phase 1.
Are there any prerequisites to attend Phase 2?
To attend Phase 2, you must have completed Phase 1 or passed the Exos Performance Specialist (XPS) Online Certification.
Are there any prerequisites to attend Phase 3?
To attend Phase 3, you must have completed Phase 2.
