Exos presents expert Cardiologist Dr. Kapil Parakh, Medical Lead for Fitbit and Tristan Rice, the Director of Methodology & Training Systems at Exos in this exclusive presentation that introduces and discusses the benefits of utilizing wearables to obtain client data and improve decision making - in essence making the most of wearables for you and your clients.
This course is made up of 5 parts, 10 minutes each, designed to show you that wearables can do a lot more than measure 10,000 steps. You will learn about physical activity and heart rate zones, HRV, stress, sleep and additional features that technology provides. At the end of this course, you’ll have a greater appreciation of the range of wearable capabilities and their application in training.
Kapil and Rice will reveal how wearables can be of great benefit to practitioners and better inform them about client health and allow them to connect the dots between behaviors, training, and overall well being.
