The first step in the EXOS Behavior Upgrade Model is to Cultivate Intent. What does the conversation look like with a new client? We must understand our clients, connect with them, and empower them. In this session, we discuss Motivational Interviewing and the tools to provide open-ended conversation to better understand our clients' goals and challenges, and establish a positive relationship to assist them in making the behavior upgrades they desire.
