Identifying and understanding your clients starts with evolving our own competence in personal and social awareness. This course will review the process and the tools to use when working with clients. We'll walk through pains, gains, and motivations for each persona, and provide strategies to integrate components into your coaching for different communication and learning styles.

Learning Objectives

Discuss different persona profiles that exist within groupings of clients.

Contrast different personal preferences as highlighted by the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

Examine the different styles clients communicate through the use of DiSC profiles.

Discuss various preferred learning mechanisms, categorized within the VARK Inventory.
