FIRST SESSION STARTS: November 2, 2020

The Exos Guided Online Course: Speed and Agility is an opportunity to experience the movement skills modules of our Exos Performance Specialist Certification while being virtually guided by an Exos coach. This four-week course features 12 hours of online content accompanied by seven hours of live training delivered virtually.

This course is based on sound scientific evidence and over 20 years of practical experience working with all levels of athletes, tactical operators, and Fortune 500 employees. You’ll learn strategies to make your athletes faster, more powerful, and less susceptible to injury. This course also covers our system for identifying and developing movement skills through three key areas: position, pattern, and power.

This course is taught in English by Brent Callaway.

Learning Objectives

  1. How to prepare the body for speed and agility sessions

  2. Session-building protocols for acceleration and multidirectional speed

  3. Linear speed error identification

  4. How to establish a coaching hierarchy for speed

Course Procedure

  1. Enroll in the course.
  2. View the course content assigned each week.
  3. Meet with EXOS Educator via Zoom.
  4. Take the test. (You must score 80% to pass. If you do not pass, you may retake the test.)
  5. Print your certificate of completion.
