The EXOS Guided Online Course: Strength and Power is an opportunity to experience the strength and power modules of our EXOS Performance Specialist Certification while being virtually guided by an EXOS coach. This four-week course features 8 hours of online content accompanied by seven hours of live training delivered virtually.

This course is based on sound scientific evidence and over 20 years of practical experience working with all levels of athletes, tactical operators, and Fortune 500 employees. You’ll learn strategies to make your athletes stronger, more powerful, and less susceptible to injury. During this course, we’ll explore the development and application of elite strength and power, giving you a more in-depth understanding of how to evaluate, plan, and execute strength programs.

This course is taught in English by Anthony Hobgood.

Course Procedure

  1. Enroll in the course.
  2. View the course content assigned each week.
  3. Meet with EXOS Educator via Zoom.
  4. Take the test. (You must score 80% to pass. If you do not pass, you may retake the test.)
  5. Print your certificate of completion.
